The rooms were both airy, bright, complete with tea, a lovely view plus balcony. Location: the hotel was close enough to sligo at 11am.

We got this room for 60€ - for this price it is absolutely a great deal. The appartment was large and consisted of two rooms and was located in the center of Sligo.
It could have been a little bit more cleaner.

We had an amazing view of the river from our double room, super relaxing. The location was perfect, just a 6-minute walk to the restaurant area. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was very good. We especially loved the evening meal with great portion sizes.

I particularly liked the location with a view over the river. The room itself was excellent and very well designed - very enjoyable experience.
The really downside was the parking at the hotel. The car park is very small and there is very little control over the parking. In our case we were leaving early in the morning but we found that people had parked behind and around us (not in a parking space) so we were lucky to be able to get out without having to knock on bedroom doors of people who had probably been drinking until the early hours and wouldn't have welcomed the intrusion. There is a warning about clamping but I suspect this is rarely enforced. A real pity regarding an otherwise very pleasant experience.

The suite was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen area was great complete with full sized cooker, fridge and dish washer. The bedroom was good size too and comforable. Both bedroom and lounge area looked out over river. Was quiet and relaxing.

We enjoyed the accommodation facilities and the decor and furnishings of the apartment - very contemporary and comfortable.
The car parking space at the front of the hotel is extremely limited - it should be marked out with signs place for residents parking only.
